On September 28, 2023, Hunan Xinlvfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. organized a wonderful outdoor expansion activity to enhance team interaction and communication, and improve team cohesion and cooperation.

At 8 o'clock in the morning, all the company's employees gathered in front of the company's office building. A total of 35 people boarded the bus and set off happily for the destination, Wangcheng Qianlong Lake Resort Center. The company's employees were enthusiastic, and there was constant laughter on the bus. This expansion activity mainly includes three parts: opening icebreaking, drumming, Hanoi Tower, bead journey, and challenge 150. The company was divided into 4 groups: "One Drumming Effort," "Dare to Love and Dare to Do," "Three Yangs Open Tai," and "Famous All Over the World." The rules of the activity were clear and easy to operate, and everyone was very interested and actively participated. The instructor gave corresponding scores based on the team assistance and performance of each group, and finally ranked them, allowing everyone to cooperate in competition and compete in cooperation. At the beginning of the activity, some people were still reserved and shy because they had just met; after the activity, everyone began to call each other brothers and sisters, becoming intimate. Smiles liberated the mind, sweat released pressure, and naturally found themselves, and cooperation brought happiness.
